IRA is established Detroit-area business professionals who have joined forces to strengthen individual business by building mutual influence in the marketplace. Key in our mission is to better serve our collective customer base of people of color in the metropolitan community. At our mission’s core is an ongoing objective to, “…set trends and standards in the retail industry.”

We accomplish this by delivering exceptional customer service through a growing network of retail members. Our collective effort is designed to break down barriers –to eliminate limitation- to build worldwide opportunities. 

IRA unites Detroit’s retailers to grow our city’s retail economy through a higher standard of buying experience for our customers.  We encourage and invite you to “plug in” as an IRA member and/or retail patron.
